QuickBooks
Modern Maids LLC uses QuickBooks Online to keep its own business books. We also run a private, internal reporting tool that connects to our own QuickBooks company file with read-only access, solely to display our own account balances, bills and monthly reports to the owner. The tool cannot create, change or delete anything in QuickBooks.
The information it reads stays on our private company server in Denver, Colorado. We do not share it, sell it or publish it, and we do not use it for advertising. The connection is used only by the company owner. It can be disconnected at any time in QuickBooks under Apps, then our app, then Disconnect. Details are at https://modernmaidsllc.com/quickbooks.
